Role Description:-
Growth Wizards is seeking a Business Development Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Vadodara. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining business relationships with clients, and negotiating and closing business deals.

You will also be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new channels for growth. Ultimately, your role will be to facilitate business growth and expansion for Growth Wizards.

Qualifications:-
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role.
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining business relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals.
• Detailed knowledge of marketing strategies and channels.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Lead Generation executive

Role Description:-
• Research, track, maintain and update leads.
